Hi,

I have just purchased a TL-WN721N wireless adapter. Tried configuring it on a Windows 8 upgrade machine. Installation was Ok but after installation on clicking the TPW logo it gives an error "Failed to load the library file!" and the window where you can set up/ connect to wireless networks does not open.

I have updated the driver to the windows 8 driver also, but it is still giving the above error.

maybe the utility can not support win8 yet, you can write a feedback to TP.............
