RE305 Range Extender Configured as Access Point
I configured this device as an access point and connected it to my router via an Ethernet cable but the blue signal light doesn't come one and it doesn't seem to be passing on an internet signal to connected devices. I can't browse when I connect to it. What is wrong?

How many Ethernet ports are there on your router?
You can connect a computer to one port, make sure internet works then connect the access point to the same port on router.
If you check Ip address and default gateway on you devices when they connect to the access point, that will be helpful.
And should not set up MAC filtering or whitelist control on your router.

I normally have an Android media player connected to the same Ethernet socket, and that seems to work fine. I'll look at the other points you made and see if there is a problem there... but that same range extender works fine in extender mode, so I know it connects to the main router.
