Hi,

We just moved to our newly built house, sadly we experience range challenges with the archer c5400. I still have a Fritz repeater 1750e which I am trying to connect for range extending. However when trying to connect via the WPS tab in the archers web ui, I receive the error message "connection failed (overlapped)'.

what does this means and how can I fix this?

It seems that error should not happen when using WPS. Something is wrong but I don't know what it is.

You can contact the tplink tec support directly. Take a picture of the error and send it to them. They can explain it.

Right now you can try other way to set up the extender. Usually there is another way to set up range extender beside using WPS button.
