My Archer C5400 v2 has a "smart connect" option for assigning devices to wireless bands to balance loads.  The smart connect slider button doesn't work for me.   It's greyed out and the button can't be moved.  Is this a function that can't be selected if wireless devices are currently connected to my router?

My firmware is up to date.
