Archer VR600 v2 Showing Zero Wired Connections

So my router was working fine however I recently noticed it does not seem to be allocating IP addresses over wired connections.

WiFi still works fine.

Is this a known problem?

I am running the latest firmware.

Wired connection have internet but just not showing in DHCP?

what's the firmware version for your VR600 V2? Try to upgrade to the latest firmware if possible.
