Does anybody know if this possible with Deco? (Ik was able to do this in openwrt).

Schedule on/off wifi has nothing to do with parental controls. It is now a basic function seen in many routeurs or repeaters.
From a power consumption standpoint, it is feature needed (On > Off > Full Off for the backhaul)
