How many device are connected to the router when you are playing games?

If only the two computer play online game, do you still have the problem?

Please don't setup any Qos function. By the way, the computer is connected by hardwired or through Wi-Fi. It's suggest to connect hardwired.

There is no other devices connected, I only have my iphone but I cut off the wi-fi ... we are only two and we are hard wired. No wi-fi.

 

Ok I will put back the NAT but there is nothing else to do ? We always had this bandwith problem. This is why I tried the QOS because in NAT it was awful.

What's the hardware and firmware version of your C7? NAT boost is enabled? Which phone would eat the bandwidth? Does it just happen randomly?

The firmware version is : 1.0.7 Build 20180425 rel.62587

 

If i click to upgrade, it says I'm up to date.

 

There is no phone connected on my internet, I don't use wi-fi on my phone.

 

This problem happens everytime that me and my husband play together.

 

It's also worst weekend and at night ... I changed 3 times of internet company, I verified with them if there is problem of bandwith where I live, they say no...

 

Yes NAT Boost is activated. 

 

But from the moment I use internet nor I play with my husband, it's unplayable ... We looks like to play in china from Canada ... I don't find any solution..

It's weird.
