I can't seem to find any details / explaination for operation mode besides Bridge in the VR1200V, does anyone have any idea what these modes are:
Router (SUBB)
Router (HSBB)
Router Gateway (RG)
Bridge <----- I have only found explaination for this mode.

Seems like your modem is for ISP.
Do you see the question mark on the top right? Click it. I believe there will explaination of each operation mode.

Yes it is a router + modem from my ISP and it seems to have a custom firmware in it.
As for the question mark I had the same idea but sadly it is also a custom description. "Select the router's operation mode according to your network environment".
SUBB, HSBB are like two different protocols.
When you set up the router, you can ask your ISP what you need to setup, router SUBB or their other. I am sure they will give you the answer.
I'll try and give them a call and see how it goes.
