I have an Archer c6 router, and i found that internet access time (under parental control) does absoulutely nothing.

Be careful that internet access time indicates the time that the parental control rule takes effect, it doesn't necessarily mean you can access internet during the time you pick.
Yes, you’re right. Than, the solution is checking the whitelist option, with no entryes in the whitelist.
