I can log in to my router from my phone using Chrome or the Tether app, but I can't login using my laptop. I tried both Chrome and Edge.

 

The laptop is connected wirelessly to the router. I have NO idea why I can't login from it.

 

I just tried resetting my password but it still doesn't work. Actually, the app now asks for credentials again and won't accept the new password.

 

Any ideas?

Did you limit access to the router from one device only in the router settings?

That was on by default apparently, but I don't think that's the issue. When I log in from Chrome on my phone, the router webpage prompts me that only one can log in at a time. I do not get that prompt on my laptop.

Thanks, I will look into that. I unbinded my TP-Link ID from the router, and now I can log in. I will have to try binding it again to see if the problem persists.
