I am using Deco M5 in Japan. I can't use the local iptv「ひかりTV」. I suspect that the Deco M5 is either blocking my TV or the IP TV. Is there any way to remove it? I can't see my TV or the iptv URLs in the block list though.

 

BTW, the local iptv needs ipv6 and I am using the bridge option for that. I confirmed that PCs are assigned with ipv6.

 

I want to either,

1. unblock the iptv / device 

2. Disable Trend Micro on M5

 

Any views or suggestions?

You may disable trend micro. 

 

I guess before you purchase the Deco, you were using another router, right? Do you need to set up IPTV VLAN tag? For some IPTV, VLAN tag is necessary to set up on the router. It's provided by ISP. But Deco doesn't support IPTV Vlan so far.
