I have reinstalled Kasa app and attempted first to reconnect, and then to reset, my two LB110 bulbs, one at a time, without success.
Bulbs not responding to off-on x3 or to on-off x5.
Please advise - thanks.

Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
Do you still have the same issue?
If yes, please refer to the following suggestions:
- Exchange the lamp base with the second one;
- Then switch it on and off for 5 times again;
- Then check if there is any default wireless network, like TP-Link smart lightblub_xxxx showing up;
For more details, please refer to https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2660/
Thank you~
