For some weird reason I can't set the time for the Internet access. If I put 2 hrs per day like 6pm-8pm it's always 24/7 no limit. It worked fine at the beginning but ever since we did a reset to change our password nothing works. Now My 15 year old is on his PS4 6-8 hours a day!

Maybe something is wrong with my setting...

I need help ASAP! Any suggestions?

Several things to check... 1) is the settings still set correctly or has the router lost them? 2) Was the MAC address on the PS changed? 3) Does your router have a guest network with time controls? If so, set up a guest network for that device and change the passwords. 4) Disable WPS as that makes the router less secure. 4) If no one else is using WIFI, power off the router using a timer.
