Extending the mesh (Deco M9 + Archer A10)

So I've read you can extend your mesh if you add an Archer Router to the mesh network - has anyone had success doing so and how?

Turn OFF wifi o A10 and use only Deco.
I use in same way here: Archer C7 and 4 Decos

Sounds like you are basically using the Archer as switch (You turned off the wifi). That defeats the purpose of what I was trying to do...

yes, but you don't have MESH on A10.
ou need amendment 802.11/k/v/r to mesh work correct.
One option, A10 wifi network to cover one side and mesh of deco cover the other spots.
Without K/V/R you dont have roaming.
But you can set both networks (A10/Decos) with same ssid and password and try. just do this.
