Model: Touch P5  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.5 Build 20161221 Rel. 53675

Qos database is 1.5.0, no matter what speed I configure always gets with the maximum upload speed, it really does not work, the download speed operates correctly according to the configuration.

I would like this router to have independent settings for bandwidth control on every connected device, only what qos is bad, was due.

Hi bro, there is no bandwidth control, only the qos, while you can use it to meet your goal.

Please remember to enter the actual upload/download bandwidth, do NOT use the default one, otherwise, it may not work.
