Hello, I posses the Archer C7 for months now, and last week it started to have the wierdest problem.

I can't connect to online games, but I can surf the internet,download and upload anything.

Also, the problem occurs on any computer connected to the wifi.

It's important to note, that once I connect directly to the ISP modem, the problem disappears.

What could the problem be? I didn't touch the router's options for month and didn't change anything

Hi, do you have the same issue with your device connected to the C7 by wired cable? 

 

If all the online games cannot be accessed? If possible, please list some examples.

 

Meanwhile, is there any error message if you are unable to connect to online games?

had the problem in any type of connection wired or wireless.

the problem seemed to be fixed somehow, idk how

Oh, that is weird, but it is great to hear that it has been fixed now.

 

You can take some time to test, any updates, you can post there and we can discuss together.

hi, i still have this problem, on my wifi in my garage i cant play online games (i get kicked in like 30 sec) but when i go with my laptop in my house then i can. please help me.
