Hi,

I have problems with the Wifi Adapter, of Kit Extensor Powerline WiFi AV500 a 300 Mbps TL-WPA4220KIT.

When I use my laptops with Windows10 I have little connections cuts every 5 or 10 minutes. I have TV with the ethernet Cable of Wifi adapter, Tablets and Android mobile connecteds without any problem with the connection.

Then is impossible work with the Laptops and the wifi adapter. If I connect in other place with the Router Wifi I haven't the problem.

Does anyone know about problems with this model and Windows10?

I've downloaded the last software version of the model, and reset many times!

cause other devices work properly with the wifi adapter, it should be fine. 

 

How do you connect the windows 10 laptop to the wifi adapter? By cable or wifi? 

 

With the powerline adapters and main router locate the same room, do you have the same problem?

 

Meanwhile, there is an instruction to narrow down the issue released by TP-Link.
