cannot reach https site

Strange issue here!
There is (at least) 1 website (https website for the school of one of the kids) which I cannot reach from within the deco P7 network.
Tried all the available devices (Mac, Windows, IOS and Android).
When I open a VPN connection to the office it suddenly works.
I have tried switching of parental control, anti-virus, ip v6 and the guest network, doesnt help.
What could this be?

Hi,
It is suggested to change the DNS on deco app first. About how to change the DNS, please check:
https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/1855/
Please change the DNS manually to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
If possible, please remove Deco from the front end device, and connect a PC directly to the front end device and see if you have the same issue.
If that does not work, please let us know what are these websites you have problem with. And tell us the model number of your front end device.
