The new firmware used for TL-WR1043ND V1 only, it is strictly prohibited to upgrade if not this model , any incorrect upgrade will damage your device.
If the firmware version of your TL-WR1043ND is earlier than "110429", please use "110429" version firmware to upgrade it firstly, then upgrade the router with this beta firmware.

3.13.12 Build 121210 Rel.73912n (Beta)
[Release Note]
1. Fixed a bug that router would hang up with high-bandwidth.
2. Fixed a bug the WEB management page sometimes would be no response.
[Background]
With some Taiwan\Russia\Hongkong high-bandwidth ISP, the TL-WR1043ND sometimes will hang up and no response.
[Current State]
The new beta firmware worked normally in our high-bandwidth LAB, now we are waiting for the further test results from our customers.

I have now more then 4 days with 3.13.13 Build 130325 Rel.34960n.
Previously i had 3 day, witout problems, but i had a blackout, but the router was ok.
I have the VPN disable, but at ALG ftp enabled.Also DoS protection enabled.
Before, no matter what firmware, i had problems only with the acces to the router interface, The wifi and internet conections were ok.
With Gargoyle, i eliminated that.
Now, the Gargoyle is not necesary.
System Up Time:
4 days 05:56:14

Well, after 5 days, i could not acces the interface, so i have to reset ( unplug) the router.
The internet was working, just the interface did not.
So back to third party firmware.

You see. one can not make illusions with the official firmware.
Just make cosmetic changes, no background.

For me, everything is just working fine after 6 days. My main concern with previous firmwares was that, apart from the interface going down, every uPnP or forwarding ports went away.

less then 7 day and die, cant get web interface, no wireless no nothing. damn tp-link, when we will have that thing working?!?
i thought u will fix it in new firm. last time that i will bought something with tp-link on it!

i decide to come back to the original firmware of tp-link because a lot of issues with WIFI Disconnecting with dd-wrt firmware, i hope that i had no issues with this latest firmware.
i'm done it with 30 30 30 hard reset, that's tought.

my friend give me his router (WR1043ND) and bought a new one
and works great without a single drop after 75 days in his house

today i installed the new latest firmware 28.4.13 from tp-link, i will wait to see if there is any difference, or tp-link is a really bad company with developers that can't solve problems.
