Extending current Wi-Fi
Region : Denmark
Model : TL-WA901ND
Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version : NA
ISP : Waoo
Hi
I'v bought the TL-WA901ND hoping I was able to extend my parents current wireless network. The guy at the store said it should be possible.
And the setup is as following.
Root router is a:
Brand: Tilgin
Model: HG2300 something.
Access Point is a:
TL-WA901ND
The Tilgin router is installed in their living room which is good and fine everything works fine there. But when we are trying to reach Wi-Fi at the 1st floor of the house the signal is almost none existing. So we've installed a wired connection to people using the upstairs office. I would like to use that wired connection to extend the current network so users don't have to switch around between two wireless networks. Is that possible in anyway or did the salesman tell me a lie?
