Need to extend a Deco m9+ mesh with cpe210 antennas, correct cpe210 config?
Our Deco m9+ x4 network is distributed on a big area. The distance to one Deco unit is to big so we bought two cpe210 units. I think they are configured as Ap & Client now, the problem is that the far away Deco not will use the Ethernet connection wia the cpe210, instead it use wifi with to the nearest Deco but with poor coverage. How shall I configure the two cpe210 to solve that? Thx in advance!

Hi @Kevin_Z
I think I am struggling with the same issue. I just set up Deco M5 to my house and used 2 x CPE210 to extend the network to my carage 30m away. Behind CPE210 in the carage i tried to put another Deco M5 but I can't get ethernet connection to the main M5. I can access the network and internet with CPE210 so the problem seems to be as you described to @GoranAhlberg.
Are you able to help?
Deco M5 EU/3.0
CPE210 EU/3.0 with firmware 2.2.1 Build 20190620 Rel. 61499 (4555)

@vman received beta sw from Tp-link for the cpe210 v3 eu, but because of the Coronavirus the site in concern is not reac as ble right now. We changed the problematic Deco to AP-mode as a workaround.

@vman Tp-link told me that the combination Cpe210 & Deco M9+ was not so good friends @ current sw-release because off Cpe210 filtering some traffic & that Tp-link should provide me a beta sw to solve that.
But before I get the beta we changed the remote Deco M 9+ to access point mode during wait for the beta.
Then the remote Deco will not be a mesh-member & not need the filtered traffic, it worked as expected, with inconvenience of not be a mesh member.
Then came Corona & I was not able to go to the remote site & still can't...
Try to get the beta from Tp-link for your hw rev & localization.

THX for your kind support, today I applied the beta sw on the Cpe210 antennas with success! The Deco M9+ unit connected via the Cpe210 link now works stable as a Router configured Deco.
