TF-3200 Under windows 7 Driver install

ISP : Romanian Data Systems
I have some problems with driver installation under Windows 7 for TF-3200 ethernet card. I get an error message that say the driver signature is outdated. Can you please help me how to solve the problem ? ?Under Windows XP don`t get that issue. I try the driver version from the cd and that from website, and i got the same problem for both drivers.
