router stopped at the time of movie download

I have a Linksys router and I connected my laptop and smartphone with it. But when I tried to download movies from movierulz, suddenly it stopped. Then I checked that my router is stopped working. I reset it many times and tried other processes to solve this problem but couldn't do that. What should I do now?
