And also one question, does the V3 have an DC connector on back by the USB connector, because as i can see on the internet pictures search there is also version where DC connector is on the side of the hub ?

The function of these two versions are the same, V3 is using the new VI, while V2 uses the old VI. There is a DC connector on the back, and there will be a Power Adapter(12V & 3.3A) that come with the hub. For more details, you can click here to check the datasheet.
