Model: Adapter
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I have a TL WN722N V1 wilreless adapter driver version 04/20/2011, 2.0.0.62, and would like to know if the latest updates of these drivers have been released. Often with these drivers on Windows 7 64 bit, device disconnections occur, and when I try to disable them system crashes (blue screens)

@Tonysaba

Hi,

We will do some troubleshooting first and try to fix it.

How often does it happen? How do you make it back to work?

What about the wireless signal strength? How far away does it from the main router?

What about other wireless devices? Do they have the same issue?

Try to customize the wireless settings of the main router, like the wireless channel and channel width. For 2.4GHz, use channel 1, 6 or 11, channel width as 20MHz.

Besides, try to change another USB port or another computer to do a comparative analysis.

Finally, please click here to download the new driver and reinstall it. Then test the stability.

Have a nice day.

@Stella.Q

thanks for the reply, but the setup of the drivers provided by you on my Windows 7 64 bit operating system, give error during installation "invalid 32 bit application".

The operating system crash problem occurs after a few connections, and I have to reinstall (repair) them every time

@Tonysaba

There is a setup program and a driver file after you download the driver, please don't use the setup program to install the driver, open the Driver Files, there will be a driver for Windows 7 64 bit. You may refer to the instruction below to install it.
