Configuration failed - Check internet connection

So I just recieved my new TL-WA730RE, but i can't set it up! It's driving me crazy.
I've followed all the steps in the installation, tried while my computer was connected to the internet, and while it wasn't. But I always get this error:
Failed to configure range extender.
1. Please check the network connectivity.
2. Please check the model of your device.
As mentioned earlier i've tried with and without internet.
And i've tried going to the setup from the front page of the CD, and by browsing the folders, and finding the set-up for the TL-WA730RE, but without luck.
How can I fix this?
