I can't connect to the internet. 
I am using PPoE

user name and password correct 

 

any ideas?

 

i am not sure how to know what firmware version I am using?

 

i purchased the kit about 8 months ago and am wondering if it's still current as on the deco app it does not have an AC 1300 option which I what I have

Hi, please double-check the model number and hardware version of your device, you can find it on the bottom label. 

 

Who is your internet service provider? Did you confirm the username and password with them? Do you need VLAN ID to get the internet?

 

What's the light status on the TP-Link device now?

 

You can try to connect the NBN box/modem to the computer directly, then set up a PPPOE connection and test the internet.
