Hi, my new TP-LINK Archer C1200 found cannot connect to TP-Link Tether apps at my Samsung A10 smartphone.

The wifi connection is good but cannot detect my new router. From the compatible list inside Tether apps, my Archer C1200 is supported by Tether apps.

Anyone know how to solve this problem? Appreciate yours help, thank you.

For your case, please refer to the following suggestions:

  1. Update the Tether APP to be the latest version;
  2. Turn off the firewall program, and VPN service on the phone if there is one available;
  3. If possible, please test on a different smartphone;
