I use a 4g router as my area doesn’t have fibre so it just gives me better speed

However, I went on my PS4 and I’ve got a strict NAT type. Can someone direct me on how to make it open or moderate. I’ve struggled to find anything online as of yet

Hi 

 

Please kindly check whether the IP you get is a public IP?

 

If the IP your ISP provided is a private IP, the NAT on the ISP side will limit the transform.

 

You can check whether the IP on the router's WAN is same as the result on whatismyipaddress.com, if it is different, it means your ISP provides a private IP address.

@Steven.Zhang I have gone on what my IP adress and it starts with 85 under ipv4 and there's nothing in ipv6 I don't know if this helps, I'm not technologically minded thanks for the help
