If I turn off the 2,4 GHz radio (see image below), I still see it sending at full strength at 2,4 GHz, just with hidden SSID.
Is this a bug or a feature? Any way to completely turn it off (without turning off the 5 GHz)?

@http8000 TP Link calls it "a feature" (OneMesh) while many of us think it's a security issue if you don't need / use OneMesh. Those hidden networks are not needed at all and there should be an option to disable them.
