Dear community, 

Im writing this post because I cant make the QoS rules works. I have an Internet speed 10mb, I decided that those equips should be with the 10% of the bandwidth but when I test with speed test, the rule doesn't work... All of them have 10mb speed instead the 10% of this. 

Someone can help me or explain me why the rule doesnt work or what should I do to make it works??
