M7200 keeps turning itself off

Model: M7200

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 2.0.3

Issue:

after approx 25mins the device switches itself off

Battery:

fully charged

Resolution:

power back up. works again for approx. 25mins then switches itself off again.

Is this a device fault?

I've turned off the power saving mode to see if the had any effect - none. Has to be a design/manufacturing fault of the device.
