T2U on windows 10 no longer being detected when plugged into USB - No green Power light
Also tried on Linux device but no detection
9 months old so currently within warranty
was working ok up to recently but did not notice when it failed
must be faulty ?
Found fault
the usb insert must have been knocked about and the connections lost - if i jiggle usb its detected so - User error!!
