Briefly:

  • App and Web Page are showing that everything is connected and there are no issues
  • All LEDs are correctly ON without blinking 
  • 2G works perfectly and stable
  • 5G drops every several hours BUT App and Web Page are still showing that everything is correct
  • Even if 5G doesn't work, the original 5G (I gave a different name for Extender) works perfectly at the same time
  • I tried different channels, Auto (exluding DFS) or some particular like 44 and the issue still appears
  • I tried to Reset, didn't help
  • Mac Filtering on the Router is Off

 

I bought it due to 5G, I am not satisfied with 2G, so I am mostly using 5G and if it doesn't work in a stable way then the whole idea of that extender looses its meaning. I haven't found any clues so far. Any suggestion would be great, otherwise the only way is to buy something else from another manufacture.
