Firmware Version: 1.1.2 Build 20200212 Rel. 67183

Earlier my issue was with Wifi 5 Ghz not getting detected by the RE 305 AC 1200  Wifi Extender which I got fixed today by upgrading the firmware to 1.1.2 Build 20200212 Rel. 67183 which had fix for Huawei Router compatibility issue with Airtel India BroadBand Connection .

 

Now Im facing new issue my 5Ghz Wifi Extended Connection get lost and do not recover.

 

Wanted to check what is the solution to fix this problem , any changes to be done on my Huawei Wifi Router for always detecting 5 Ghz.

 

I bought this Wifi Extender today for 5 Ghz Wifi Internet Connection not  satisifed with 2.4 Ghz it offers as my internet connection is 5 Ghz enabled.

 

Please help

Location Assistant shows that Wifi Extender is in Perfect Location , still 5 Ghz Connection is very slow getting only 10 Mbps , I have 300 Mbps BroadBand , atleast with this extender should get 80 or 90 Mbps.

 

I have changed the 5 Ghz channel on my Huawei WiFi Router to 36 

 

Still did not observe much change in internet speed.

 

Please let me know if any settings need to be change or any other updates to be done.

 

I installed the latest firmware yesterday

Even I see same issue, 5G connection drops out more often any solution to it? I have airtel connection and Huawei router.
