yesterday I do activity laser tag with 30 taggers 

and it's not work . Because other router around . 
 

my event was so bad .

Like many others, I have a smart home and a lot of Wi-Fi devices. I wanted to make everything beautiful and reliable with PUE and power backup. I bought Deco. I didn't want and don't want to reconfigure all my 100500 devices. I wanted to install Deco to use it instead of the old Wi-Fi points. What a disappointment it was when I realized that this wouldn't work. Since you can't select a channel manually, my smart devices won't be able to connect to the new Deco Wi-Fi network even if the network name and password match the old one.
I really regret buying three Deco points. Now for me it's useless garbage.
I hope for your common sense and a firmware update with the manual channel setting function.Hello,

As an electrical engineer working on wireless products in the IoT industry, your explanation is unacceptable. There are many reasons customers may need to set their WiFi channels manually. I can understand making auto selection the default configuration, but preventing the user from overriding this setting is unacceptable. 

I will be returning my system to the store, and will not recommend TP Link to anyone going forward.

Установил комплект из трёх устройств на хоккейный стадион. Видеосендеры, которые отправляют видеосигнал из хоккейных ворот работают на 36 канале, мне нужно что бы Deco никак не цепляло 36ой канал, иначе постоянно прерывается сигнал. Почему вы не даете пользователям выбрать нужные настройки каналов, и почему ширина каналов только 80 и 160mhz?

Deco X60 is experiencing issues connecting to the 5 GHz network. I am located in Bangladesh, where mobile devices commonly operate on Band 4 (channels 149-165) within the 5 GHz frequency range. It appears that the current firmware on my Deco X60 does not support these higher channels.

The absence of Band 4 support is limiting the compatibility of my Deco X60 with local devices and hindering my ability to fully utilize the 5 GHz band. Furthermore, the lack of manual channel selection makes it difficult to troubleshoot and optimize the Wi-Fi network for the best performance in my specific environment. I understand that newer Deco models, such as the Wi-Fi 7 series, offer manual channel selection, highlighting the value and feasibility of this feature.

Therefore, I respectfully request that you consider developing and releasing a beta firmware update for the Deco X60 (Version 3, US model) that includes:

  1. Manual channel selection for both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands.
  2. Support for the 5 GHz Band 4 spectrum (channels 149-165) to ensure compatibility with devices commonly used in Bangladesh.

Enabling these features would significantly improve the functionality and compatibility of my Deco X60, allowing for better network optimization and seamless connectivity with my devices. I am confident that this update would be highly beneficial to other users in regions with similar 5 GHz band usage.
