Hi,

I´m based on the UK, and I have 3 Deco M9 Plus at home, and 1 of them connected to a BT fibre broadband through a BT Smart Hub 2 using the cable provided with the Deco.

Nominal IPS broadband speed is 500Mbps download / 75Mbps upload, and through Deco app download speed is showing as expected, 497.3Mbps download and 76.3Mbps upload, however when connected to my Galaxy S9+ I cannot get anything better than 300/350 Mpbs download but upload gets full speed (76Mbps) - Test done at less than 1 meter from Deco device

I have checked in my Wifi configuration/link on Android and I get Network speeds of 866Mbps, so really don´t understand why I´m having this issue.
