Firmware Version: 1.4.4 Build 20200221 Rel 65392

Hi I just bought a new Deco M5 3 pack version and did the setup. One of unit is now dead as showing no light on the top. Tried with different adapters and reset the hard button in back but no luck. Please let me know what to do
