Frequent wifi discoonection with Archer C5 V4 model - 5GHz band only
Hi, I am using an Archer C5 V4 model provided by ACT. I have frequent wifi disconnection issue with 5GHz band. I did a bit of google search and found that the same model has got the issue in the Russian version and there is a fix provided in the form of firmware update. Refer link below:

Can you please do the needful for the same in India as well.
Note: The model I am using is Archer C5 V4 and this community page doesnt even list this product.

TP-Link is not taking the issue seriously. They are taking too long to fix this.
Bulgarian firmware already has the fix. Has someone flashed it and tested?

@Kevin_Z do you have any update on this issue? Will there be a resolution provided?

@Kevin_Z I tried flashing the Bulgarian fixed firmware but the file wasn't accepted because the beta firmware's build number is higher.
Hope TP-Link can fix this issue. It has been too long. It''s unusable right now. My 5Ghz WiFi name itself disappears from the WiFi list. I have to reboot to connect to it again and it disconnects frequently.

@Pankaj.jain Hey! Thanks for the reply.
My router has a later version of the firmware installed already.
Firmware Version:3.16.0 0.9.1 v6015.0 Build 200930 Rel.40632n_Beta
Hardware Version:Archer C5 v4 00000004
I think I won't be able to install the firmware that TP-Link sent to you because my version is higher. But I can try.
You can upload it on any file sharing service such as Google Drive or Zippyshare.
Thank you very much for sharing!
