Hi Support Team,

My Archer c6 has a strange problem.

I have few devices connected to 2.4GHz, 5GHz and LAN.

Internet goes in SOME devices suddenly. Strange part is other devices are working very fine.

First I thought its my phone issue when it lost connection. But at the same time LAPTOP also lost connection  (Through 2.4, 5 GHz and LAN as well), and other devices worked fine at the same time.

Once I reboot C6, then it work fine. Then after some time issue comes again. Some devices lose Internet. 

I have seen few others also complained same issue. But TP-LInk support is inactive.

My Firmware is latest. Still problem occurs.

Dear support team If you could contact me ASAP i could retain my Router because last date to return the product on Amazon is Aug-6-2020.
