AX50/AX3000 5GHz wifi channel issue
Hi there,
My Router does not stay on the designated 5Ghz channel. it keeps switching to channel 36.
It also does not stay on 160Mhz bandwidth. it auto switches to 80Mhz.
I have seen a few posts on this issue so i know im not the only one.
Is there a firmware or manual fix for this?
Thanks,
CS

@Kevin_Z , this router has problem with the DFS channel.
For some unknown reason, when AX50 detected radar signal (more like false positive for most of time), it will switch to non-dfs channel.
The router should perform radar signal detection once every 30 minutes and if the radar signal is gone, the router must switch back to DFS channel.
However this final step is not happening. The router stuck at non-dfs channel forever after switching from DFS channel.
Since I almost give up on AX50 after the WPA3/OneMess fiasco and the inability to disable HomeCare completely, can TP-Link fix this DFS issue AT THE VERY LEAST?
