Do you have public IP address on TP-Link WAN? Did you make port redirect on TP-link? Give me screenshot from TP-link status.

Masz publicznny adres IP na WAN-ie TP-linka? Zrobiłeś przekierowanie portów? Daj obrazek ze statusu TP-linka. Zapraszm na polskie forum będzie prościej ;)

You have to use DDNS function in router.

when dmz on ftp server not working
2015-08-14 18:54:06
hi. i have one DVR for cameras, ip adress is 192.xxx.18
router is 192.xxx.1
i have dynamic public ip and i configured it via DDNS and its working properly (i can access to my cameras and my router too)
i configured Remote Managmant as 8080 and 255.255.255.255 to access for all.
Also i have forwarded 3 ports for 192.xxx.18 (in needs of cameras).
So, when i plug in usb device and Starting ftp server, i can access to ftp server from local network by 192.xxx.1 routers ip.
But cannot access from internet (im trying to access either from local and external networks, no lucks).

But when i just turn off dmz where is ip adress of DVR 192.xxx.18, i can access to ftp server both from local and external networks (by DDNS adress).
The question - why dmz blocking ftp server? i cannot find any info for resolving this and info about why it is blocking.

Thanks for the help. It is a pity that I could not solve the problem in this way.
