Region : Russia

Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : 3.13.23 Build 120820 Rel.73549n
ISP : VIMPELCOM
To access USB Storage in Windows I simply type "\\tplinklogin.net" in Run window.
But how can I access it using Adnroid phone or tablet connected by Wi-Fi?
Typing "\\tplinklogin.net" in Browser adress line brings me to Google search, typing simply "tplinklogin.net" opens router web interface..

heh.. It looks like you misanderstand me:)
Accessing 192.168.0.1 (or http://tplinklogin.net) is ok in build in Android browser - this action opens web page to view router status and to control it.
But I am asking about accessing USB storage connected to router (i mean viewing files on a flash drive connected to router).
To do that in windows I simply type "\\tplinklogin.net" in Run window (not in browser) - and the folder appeared as network disk.
But what about my Android phone?

Thx.
ASTRO SMB connection to "\\tplinklogin.net" worked like a charm.
BTW.
ES File Explorer looks like working with SMB as well.
Just switched location to LAN, scanned it, found my server (192.168.0.1) and hen opened my folder.
Great.

Generally, USB storage is only supported on very few devices (those that support USB host mode for external storage). This will be mounted somewhere under /mnt, but the exact location will vary. You will need to use Android NDK to interrogate and iterate mounted devices to find the one you are after. Could you please produce some more attachments about the topic for view detail information.

ES File Explorer has worked for me.
Open it up, in the upper left and corner change to LAN.
Click on new and add the server location.
Press ok and then click on the link you just made.
