To access USB Storage in Windows I simply type "\\tplinklogin.net" in Run window.
But how can I access it using Adnroid phone or tablet connected by Wi-Fi?
Typing "\\tplinklogin.net" in Browser adress line brings me to Google search, typing simply "tplinklogin.net" opens router web interface..

If you want to access your USB storage from outside your own home wireless network, you'll need to run the FTP server and then you can login to that server from anywhere. Usually the IP you connect to is your ISP assigned IP. Be sure you have the right ports setup.
