Deco M4 is down after latest firmware update

After the latest M4 firmware update all the Decos are with red light and I don't have any connectivity.
Nor internet or something else.
Also, I can't login into the Deco through the app.
Tried to turn them off and back on couple of time, nothing happens.
Help please.

Was able to fix that.
Somehow the main modem (also router) started to transmit WiFi again, causing collision to the Deco.
Turned it off and the problem solved

I add to the mentioned above,
After long turnoff of the Deco it turn back fine for 2 minutes and turn red once again with no internet connectivity, but still WiFi on
