Hello:

I insatalled 3 Deco units.  1 is connected directly to DSL Modem with ethernet cable.  The remaining 2 units are in the main floor of the house and in the basement connection is wireless.

For the past several days, the unit connected to the DSL Modem has red light intermittently on top and I can not connect to internet on devices when light is red.  I shut down the DSL modem and restart and I can resume.  This is now happening 2-3 times per day.

Please help advise what to do to fix this.  Is this an ISP Modem issue or a TP-Link Deco issue?

Thanks

SM

What happens if you restart the main Deco instead of the modem?
