Archer T4E cannot connect to 2.4GHz channels 12 and 13
Hello everyone!
So I got my Archer T4E today to test my home network, but it does not show or connect to APs at channels 12 or 13 on Windows. Linux shows that there is a network, but cannot connect to it. Anyone know why this is?
My channels are set to 1, 7, 13 for maximum separation and I need it to connect to 13.

Update: 2.4 Ghz doesn't work on linux (Live CD) on any channel. It just shows that the network is present but can't connect to it. 5 GHz works fine.

Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS (Live CD)
Kernel 5.4.0-42-generic
I have not installed any specific driver. Running on the driver included with the OS.
On linux, I cannot connect to any 2.4GHz channel. No error messages. It just asks me to enter the password again and again.
On Windows, I cannot connect to channels 12, 13. I have verified connection to channels 1,7,11. I am more concerned with this.

Why is this not mentioned on the website or on the product literature? Why is the US version sold in India while for routers the EU version is sold here, especially given the fact that in India, channels 12 and 13 are perfectly legal to use? And where would one buy the EU version (I bought this from the Amazon link on your website)? How can you replace my US version with the EU version?

I bought both the adapter and 3 Archer C6s from the Amazon redirect link on your site and all of the routers I received were EU versions.
Update: Your product support downloads pages in India for TP-Link Archer T4E and TP-Link Archer both show EU in their filenames. Why the discrepancy between your info and the product page? And why is channel support not mentioned in the product specs for any of these devices?

I bought the device from the Amazon link on your website. Amazon does not deal with returns after 10 days. TP-Link is responsible for product support and RMAs after 10 days. So please do the needful
