When i charge my router when i Switched it on all the lights will come on but and hang all the lights will not go off and no internet indication too

May I know how long have you had M7300 and where are you located?
If you remove the back cover, there would be a small reset pinhole inside and please use a pen/pin to hold it for 10s for factory reset.
