Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version:

I am not able to get TP link Tether app getting connect with my the router I tryed doing all possible things but still it didn't work it also said to press reset for 10 sec then it will bring it to factory settings, so i did and then the internet stoped working

 

Please suggest what is the way to get this app called Tether work on my phone with my router Archer C20

Sorry for the delay.

Are you trying to say when you log into the APP, C20 V5 did not show up as a local device?

Did you connect the Wi-Fi of Archer C20 when you open the APP, or Did you use the 3/4 G cellular instead?
