Firmware Version: Ac1200

Hello team. I just bought a an Re300 ac1200 wifi extender and I managed to used it for 1 week, but afer that it started to saying connected but no internet. 

 

I have check my main router and there is a internet connection,  so i tried also to reset the the extender to start over again but to no avail and having the same problem and now it only detects my 2.4ghz connection and unable to see my 5ghz connection, please advise on what to do.

May I know the model number of your main router?

When it only detected the 2.4ghz, after setup, would the 2.4ghz light lit up?

And if it is unable to detect 5ghz of the main router, could it see other 5ghz networks?

 

If possible, please try to change the wireless advanced settings for 5ghz, such as channel 40 and channel width 40mhz;
